"Oh no, the future is coming" or "Come on, here we build the future."
These are two different views on the future. What do you say in your company?
The future will appear - and with it comes a lot of change. It is a fact we have to live with.
For many people, it is difficult to change, but fortunately we are able to help ourselves and each other, in order to make the change safer and less stressful.
Managers and employees who understand the brain's responses to change, and who have the tools to lead professionally on the brain's premises, create safe workplaces with high productivity and job satisfaction.
I want to help pass on a healthier labor market to our children and grandchildren than we have created ourselves, and this an important point in all my lectures.
Send me an email and let us talk about your next lecture: booking@genuinefuture.com.
Every day should be a good day. This is one of our three core values, which is why we invited Mirja to talk about how positive thinking freed up time and energy.
Mirja's knowledgeable and inspiring nature gave us something to think about and talk about. Her lecture is highly recommended.

Mirja's lectures and workshops are always adapted to the people and the company she is working with. Always well prepared, evidence behind the content, the relevance of the message and professionally presented. Mirja gets both the theory in place and delivers the concrete tools so that everyone has something to take home.
Mirja knows our tricky brains and she often uses images which our brains love - and therefore remember. Habits are hard to change, but Mirja trains our awareness of what it takes to change habits.
You can use what you learned right away.

Mirja's lectures on the brain - and on the time we create - is an eye-opening lecture that I recommend to any management team and, in fact, to anyone.
It is exciting, inspiring and top-professionally delivered directly to the point so you can go home and use it afterwards.
